Bathroom and kitchens magazine has new assistant editor

Debra Walne, Paul Taylor and Eunice Bishop have returned to Silverdale as sales agents to support the B C Sanitan and Jacuzzi brands. All three have previously worked for the company and together have 87 years’ experience supplying the independent bathroom retailer. Walne will be covering the North West, Taylor will be looking after the Midlands and Bishop will have responsibility for North London, Kent and Anglia.

The UK’s biggest circulated title for the industry, Kitchens & Bathrooms News has recently promoted Britta O’Boyle to the position of assistant editor. She joined the magazine as editorial assistant and has spent the past 18 months working on the title, including writing her own column BriT Girl. Her new role will see her continue to create pithy, must-read copy to ensure the magazine remains the industry’s most requested title.

Media 10 has appointed William Knight as event director of interior design exhibition,100% Design. Knight joins the company from the London Design Festival where he was responsible for growing the overall programme, alongside developing marketing and strategic planning. In his new role, Knight will focus on reviving 100% Design as the leading showcase for commercial design talent and excellence.
Adding to its 10 – strong retail sales team, Hansgrche has appointed Toby Hardman as area sales manager. Hardman will be responsible for Surrey and surrounding areas, as well extending south to Portsmouth and as far north as Oxford. He brings with him nine years’ experience within the bathroom industry, including four years at a bathroom franchise and three years managing an independent showroom.

C.P Hart has appointed Stephen Broomhead as director of operations, overseeing operations across the business and supervising the customer liaison, purchasing, technical services, warehousing and transport divisions. He brings with him 34 years’ experience in manufacturing logistics and retail processes, having previously worked for Silent Night for 27 years and Dreams for seven years.
